If you own any of the air purification systems like the Living Air Purifier by EcoQuest International and you can't locate your local dealer or have lost contact with your dealer or they have quit, you can contact EcoQuest through their customer service department.

If you need technical support on your Fresh Air, Living Air Classic Living Air Purifier, Flair, Breeze AT, Eagle 5000, Fresh Air Buddy personal air purifier or any other unit sold by EcoQuest you can call the Tech Support line at: 1-423-798-6700

If you have purchased your air purification systmem through an EcoQuest Dealer your unit is under a warranty that ranges from 1 year to 3 years depending on the model.

The whole house units such as the Fresh Air and Living Air Classic all come with 3 year warranties.
